One Dock is Kennebunkport’s newest dining experience, with a great new menu, sleek new look and a brand new name, One Dock is already proving to be a must try in Kennebunkport!

Featuring native Maine cuisine with a bold, fusion flair, the restaurant promises to be an exciting addition to the culinary landscape in the ‘Port. Award-winning Executive Chef John Shaw’s concept for the menu was to start with the freshest Maine and regional ingredients and then “amp” up the flavor with Asian, Spanish and classic spices and accompaniments. New menu also includes a variety of “Small Plates” designed for sharing and sampling, including mango duck “quesadillas,” lobster spring rolls, and chipotle macaroni and cheese with lobster.

“We wanted the menu to offer a fun and creative approach to sharing and sampling some exciting flavorful items,” said Shaw. “The small plates are perfect for sharing as appetizers or in combinations as a full meal. Recognizing that we have terrific native Maine produce and seafood, we wanted our menu’s origins to be rooted regionally and enhanced with new flavors. For the traditionalists we have a few ‘classics’ such as Baked Haddock, Lazy Man’s Lobster, Maine Mussels, and Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio. New entrée items are equally enticing with selections like Pan Seared Halibut with savory cream corn and baby spinach, Chimichurri Grilled Delmonico Steak, or a Saffron Lobster Ravioli.

Formerly the Port Tavern & Grille at the Kennebunkport Inn, One Dock offers a warmer, sleeker look with a more casual ambiance and an exciting new menu. While retaining some of the classics from the Port Tavern and Grille, One Dock promises to offer an exciting new look and menu offering in Kennebunkport.

“Dining out is meant to be an entertaining experience for the senses and our new look and concept offer just that: creative cuisine designed for sharing, exciting new wine flights, dessert samplers, and a new array of entertainers in the Pub,” said Manager Patty Morrison. “With our new menu we are offering a wide array of flavorful, must-try signature items.”

Located in the heart of Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, One Dock offers dining in both the dining room and pub, live entertainment in the pub, and outdoor patio dining during warm weather.
